Employer has not responded with interview time and date If someone emails you on Thursday, it is not unreasonable to reply on Monday. |

How do you say you are bored and need work to do? I've been in your situation before and it could simply be due to the fact that the company you are at has low expectations for its employees and they just don't do much. If this is the case (you can tell by assessing the workload of the people around you) then you might want to look elsewhere sooner rather than later. |

How to find warning signs about a company's business practices during a job interview? @Chad definitely, I would be thinking "what are you trying to hide from me?" |

How to find warning signs about a company's business practices during a job interview? @Oded I got the same impression, at that point, it's pretty much a gamble whether you will be happy there or not |

How to find warning signs about a company's business practices during a job interview? @Oded definitely... but I would argue that you shouldn't accept a job after talking to just one person |

HTML5 Buzzword by Recruitment Agencies Keep in mind that the company could be interested in re-doing their website and is looking for talented people to come in and help with it. It could also be an indication of the direction the company wants to go on future projects. |

How to deal with the new boss's power-tripping sidekick All you really needed to say is "I'm a software developer and am unhappy at my job" the market right now is in desperate need of talented developers. I would recommend leaving and going somewhere where you are appreciated, the place you work at is toxic and not worth the hassle. I can put you in contact with some recruiters who won't try to screw you if you'd like. |
