Not only because sometimes HR is seemingly incompetent (workplace dependent), but they also may have to follow certain protocols (documenting) for legal reasons. If there is a co-worker you trust, especially someone that's a little older and has seen a thing or two, perhaps pick their mind and see if they have anything to offer for your situation. Going to your boss is putting him/her in a special situation that you may want to avoid. | |
