Unacceptable mistake in application form. Should sheI withdraw my job application after discovering an unacceptable mistake?

My girlfriend sent ansubmitted a job application to a big international organization based in the EU. The procedure to apply is in 2 steps: first she filled in a form with information on her overall profile, then she was assigned to a specific vacancy and had to review her application so that it fit at the best that vacancy. The two steps consisted, each time, in a never-ending more than 10-page long form, asking detailed info about her profile (professional and personal).

After sending in the final application (second step), she realized she made a shameful mistake in the name of the Officeoffice she was applying to (something like Steering Office"Steering Office" instead of Strategy Office"Strategy Office"). Now she wants to withdraw her application because she

She thinks this kind of error is unacceptable especially in the motivation part. AlsoShe has worked with them previously as a partner, sheso in her view, this mistake is even more embarrassing. She is convinced this puts her in a clearly disadvantageous position and she doesn’tdoesn't feel like handling the interview. Her main reason for withdrawal is thatShe now wants to withdraw her application.

She cannot contact the positionorganization before the interview because she was assignedis not allowed to in the 2nd step perfectly fits her profile, she previously worked with them as a parteraccording to the procedure, so in her view is even more embarrassing that she made that mistakeand there are no contact details.

Should she withdraw? Should she do the interview andapplication or wait for the recruiter to raise the issue in the interview, in case, or raise it herself? Also, she cannot contact the organization before the interview because she is not allowed to, according to the procedure (and has no contact details).
