Then proceed to ignore said mails. Keep all previous mails + return receipt in case asked for it. | |

People like to have their point of contact in a company be the one who's actually doing the work, sometimes it takes a lot more than two prompts to get them to follow procedure. They're paying the bills, just make sure you bill them for the overhead of having to forward all their emails. | |
