Jul 23, 2020 at 19:12 comment added Steve-O This has been our approach, too. Not just the organizer but anyone will mute someone who's mic is causing problems, if they aren't currently speaking. Usually followed by a quick note either verbally or in the chat window: "Sorry soandso, your mic was causing interference so I muted you". No one has had a problem with it yet.
