Apart from that u didn't mention about how the TL is not making any ticket thus making it difficult to work e.g. for last 1 month there is no work, no SOP are followed, just copy and paste n wham bham done on pair programming which in term contribute to "you too silent on call too" coz I start work 2 hours late coz I got kids to drop at school which has been known fact. I feel overwhelmed and want to discuss with the manager of if there isn't any work how can I work or proof. Mind you, manager is serving notice for 2 months | |
