My colleague and I work in different locations a few hours apart. He moved to the other site and now I'm left supporting the old project alone. Initially, he promised we'd both travel to see each other monthly, but now he wants me to make all the trips.

Since moving, he excludes me from important conversations and pushes his own agenda without my input. We have different skill sets, and he favors his own, altering project requirements to suit his expertise and rejecting my contributions without discussion.

He also assigns himself the work he prefers and gives me ambiguous tasks. When I complete them, he demands unnecessary changes, wasting time and resources. This situation is causing me a lot of stress.

The company wants me to relocate next year, but I'm unsure if that will resolve these issues. Should I comply with his demands, or is there a better way to handle this? Any advice would be appreciated.
