I would not be surprised if the ADA would classify it as "reasonable accomodation". IANAL but if I have to hire a lawyer then I don't really want to participate in the team activity. I don't have a seeing eye dog, but if I did I would not hesitate to bring it into a restaurant. What is the difference? | |
