Either I'm managing, training, and delegating, in which case I'm expected to teach a person how to do his/her job, or I'm teamworking in which case I'd expect to be on the same ground as my teammate (even if there are technical shortcomings of mine or hers over the course of a project). Also, if I'm a reviewer, that is to say, I'm supposed to find and correct localized and random mistakes a colleague may have made, I'm expecting this colleague to deliver good quality work. | |
