IMHO, Experience time requirement for job postings have a tendency to be exaggerated. Difference between 3 and 5 years in specific framework is negligible in my opinion. you can have person working in high paste development team for 2 years and be more professional with specific stuff more than person working 20 years on one specific piece of software
