Consider this: All the relationship work is only for this particular company - much of it will be useless in another. Networking is a useful skill, but most companies do need results. Aside from all that, decide for yourself if that's what you want. Many people end up in so called "bullshit jobs" that way. It doesn't seem to be very fulfilling from my obervations, but ymmv | |

You stop using some of them, you start to do bare minimum as your main focus would shift to create appearance. You will have problem if trying to change jobs or when company orders internal audit or skill check. | |
