While I wouldn't express that to him, it should tell you a lot about your future performance. You'll be judged against goals that you don't understand. Odds are not good you'll achieve them, and odds are even better that he'll manage by noticing the details of following his instructions (as opposed to the actual achievement of his desires) | |
