Jan 3, 2019 at 22:10 | comment | added | Matheus Felipe | I, for one, absolutely agree with that -- I am the kind of person that gets incredibly nervous and literally get "dumb" when presented with an on-the-spot tech quiz/interview. Every other interview that I actually get a take-home exercise I generally ace it and pass them. All my people references and one-on-ones about my performance are positive, which I believe it is indicative that I am a good worker/developer. And in my humble opinion, that's what matters in the workplace rather than knowing all gotchas for a tech exercise that you don't really have enough time to explore. | |
