Taking 10, 5 minute smoke breaks during the day is taking 50 minutes a day from your employer unless you forgoe lunch and coffee breaks. I can tell you the vast majority of my team's smokers don't include their smoke breaks as coffee or lunch breaks.I also dont care what they do, provided they do their job. | |
