The IT company should give regular feedback from that level. We completely X, and Y. Z will be completed in 3 weeks. "Elitot Confused" has been waiting two weeks for aaa so we do not have an estimated completion date for AAA. "Elitot Confused" has been waiting five weeks fo bbb and so we have stopped work on BBB. and so on. // Short version - Document everything!!! | |
