Apr 27, 2019 at 16:10 comment added PeteCon A country tag is essential. There are some countries where this would be illegal.
Apr 27, 2019 at 14:25 comment added Summer @noob it doesn't seem anyone is actually complaining. Doesn't mean they're happy with it though. I agree the times don't as up, although where I'm from there are more than one break, and this question might suffer from not being clear about that. Although that still wouldn't account for the discrepancy of time.
Apr 27, 2019 at 14:20 comment added Stupid_Intern @bruglesco Also I never said no one will be willing to do that but to not take a proper break everyday would be hard and maybe not all but some would complain against it right?
Apr 27, 2019 at 14:09 comment added Stupid_Intern @bruglesco what I don't understand is how does 15 min less break translates to 2 hour early completion of shift.
Apr 27, 2019 at 14:03 comment added Summer While I agree with Joe, @noob your assessment that no one would be willing to work through breaks in order to have a shorter day is inaccurate. I prefer to work this way and know many other people who do as well. (I should say I prefer to do so when I have the choice, which is a very important factor.)

Apr 27, 2019 at 9:00 comment added Sourav Ghosh @noob nonsense. someone else is putting up with something unfair does not mean I have to put it up with, too.
Apr 27, 2019 at 6:46 comment added Stupid_Intern Also did you try to ask the team lead so that only you can have break extended and others can continue as they wish?
Apr 27, 2019 at 6:32 comment added Stupid_Intern Not sure how others can be okay with this system don't they need breaks as well? I assume they are normal humans as well? Anyway adding country tag would be helpful.
