Even some of the most mature people I know sometimes get defensive or at least hold grudges, even when they agree with the feedback. Especially if it's not really your responsibility to fix the situation and it comes from your own emotional baggage about the term or past experiences. I'm not sure why I got downvoted when I'm giving a lot of the same advice as this excellent answer? Maybe because I was blaming OP a little and they down voted, haha | |

They're really useful to help you reflect on what worked and what didn't, they're not a forum to be negative, but it's ok to say there were challenges or issues that impacted work. | |
