Most companies will be keen on staff who want to work on practical tasks in industry and are looking for a permanent job, rather than (looking at it from a business's point of view) someone who's not interested in commercial realities and is looking to flit from job to job every year. And it's often more important to be able to state your decisions clearly and confidently and give reasons, than what the decision was. | |
