It's both good for the company ("we had people working on a project for X", where X is a known and renowned international company) and should another project from the big customer be on the table then her presence would be a huge boon. Of course it's NOT something that makes or breaks the company should she chose to leave, but it certainly makes her worth it, at least in the eyes of upper-management. | |
