And I've been told many times that I do good lab work/work hard/produce excellent results... so I don't quite understand. But I do see your points, thank you. Edit: I plan on adjusting my start time once I'm hourly and seeing how that goes. I can't work more than 40 hours a week starting on the 1st so I think the time I come in won't matter as much anymore. | |
