Jan 9, 2020 at 17:42 comment added lvella On these work conditions, by Brazillian law you could fire your employer for cause. Maybe you should research your local laws for provisions to terminate your employment contract if your employer is unreasonable.
Jan 9, 2020 at 17:28 comment added O. Jones Read Fred Brooks's old, but still relevant, book called the Mythical Man Month. worldcat.org/title/… It has a choice quote in it. I'm paraphrasing. "The customer can wait for the omelet to cook, or eat it raw." Seriously, no amount of magical thinking can get projects done with insufficient time, people, or equipment.

Jan 9, 2020 at 13:49 comment added Jan 'splite' K. They've made it very apparent I can be replaced in a Week - Haha! Nice one, do you think they know any other great joke? :) No, lets be serious: thats good for you, you can just quit without feeling guilty ;)
Jan 9, 2020 at 13:39 comment added SpoonMeiser You mention that you are still on probation. I find it hugely worrying that they've pushed the deadline for your project to before you've finished probation. Given their behaviour, I'd fear that once the project is delivered, they wouldn't keep you on anyway.

Heavy English conventions edit. Fixed setnence-splices, semi-random capitalized words, and a little bit of word-choice.
