I know that was said with good intention, but it is definitely not the case for every culture. A good CEO should not consider himself/herself so far above employees to consider them as those from whom he/she can not directly learn. The greater concern in my experience is that employees at the lower level may have a misunderstanding of what is important at the higher level, and do themselves a disservice communicating about something they do not understand. | |
