As there are so many cultures, backgrounds, and upbringings in an office, they may not even realize they're doing stuff you don't like. And, keep in mind that should any of this escalate, the first question that will be asked was "did you let them know you didn't want this?" If you can't say "yes", you look like a person trying to derail a career by bad mouthing someone to a boss, when 90% of the time you could have solved it immediately. | |
