The OP should be cognizant that larger companies often have mechanical processes in front of candidate selection - and a negative in one "required" skill may result in never getting the chance to speak to the actual hiring chain because the recruiting staff are not knowledgeable themselves. The good news, is that usually the recruiting staff also have a "must have" list - so that second call usually means a "passing grade". | |
