Nov 26, 2021 at 15:43 | comment | added | Stuart F | It's definitely worth checking what peers are doing. There seems to be some variation between companies and precise jobs in how common it is to have a profile (more likely in a start-up than a firm where most people have been there 10 years), but if you see people from your current company then you can assume it's safe.
Nov 26, 2021 at 15:38 | comment | added | A.S | @OmarL You can restrict it to make your 'looking' status visible only to recruiters, which is really the way to go.
Nov 19, 2021 at 14:59 | comment | added | TineO | @OmarL it being visible is sort of the point. It is meant to indicate to recruiters that you are looking. So you want it to be visible to the public. I believe you can set it so that it doesent show to people who are with your current employer.
