I would probably have a candid talk with my boss, and/or some other trusted coworker, as well as reach out to my network and/or union for an outside view on things. I don't believe that OP can just keep on trucking, ignore the feelings, and suddenly go back to a good relation with the company. Nor do I think it is wise for mental health to expect that. | |
