Oct 15, 2012 at 15:47 comment added MrFox IMHO whiteboard testing is strictly inferior to sitting someone down with a laptop and the exact conditions/framework that they will be working with and asking them to solve a real problem. For example, if it's a book company ask them to code an ISBN number-related task rather than FizzBuzz.
