He never speaks the way above unless we are in a social situation. // I never thought of addressing this specific aspect because I am not personally offended by it; my concern is more about the politics. How could I tell him? "Hey, your remarks are funny and all, but if the senior guys hear this they might get the wrong idea about me"?
