Personally, I have had ease with setting up a date and time to have a phone conversation through emailing back and forth. By setting up the phone call ahead of time, I am able to escape from my desk and have the conversation in privacy. As the other answers suggest; if they are not willing to work with you to establish a good time, chances are they probably aren't worth the trouble. | |
