Oct 19, 2015 at 1:40 comment added Nelson Exercise doesn't PRODUCE more energy. Otherwise he should just be able to exercise non-stop continuously for 10 hours straight. Exercise results in a healthy body that can produce more energy, but exercise itself doesn't produce energy. It uses energy.
