The last sentence is perfect, you have to show that you learn what you think is necessary, and it is even better if you tried (and succeed) in pushing the new things in your current company. I only disagree on the first point: many programming teams have very strong coding and testing guidelines (at least it was the case in most of the projects I was involved in). | |
