Aug 22, 2014 at 16:43 comment added user2813274 @gnat I don't think it's a duplicate in a sense that I am asking more what should be done in them, rather that if they should happen or not - assuming that they already occur, but results may or may not be coming out of them, what can be done to maximize the benefits. I would be open to a better wording to make it more distinct if you have suggestions.
