Jun 3, 2016 at 5:44 | comment | added | Vector | @DavidConrad - Any employee who doesn't understand their role and the concept of delegation is a bad employee. Who are you to determine what's called a "problem in the workplace". You do not determine company policy and culture. Keep your judgements about company policies to yourself unless asked, or you're the one in charge of such matters. You didn't say read it again, you said read before commenting. So sorry. LOL
Jun 1, 2016 at 17:57 | comment | added | David Conrad | You didn't say read it again, you said read before commenting. Any employee with an attitude of, "I just work here, I can just turn a blind eye to problems in the workplace, it's somebody else's problem" is a bad employee.
Jun 1, 2016 at 15:06 | comment | added | Vector | @DavidConrad - "Wrong"?! Watch your tongue and don't deem my approach "wrong" - cut out your self-righteous attitude. That's why I said read again - you still don't get it. Apparently you don't understand the concept of delegation. I am hired to write code. Someone else is hired to manage to employee relations and "company image". You can deal with your co-worker discreetly on a one to one basis - that's within your realm. Beyond that, you're wasting the company's time - if you were your boss I'd dock you and maybe fire you for messing around in things that aren't your job to mess with.
May 31, 2016 at 8:41 | comment | added | David Conrad | Huh? That's why I wrote my comment, because I read your answer. It's wrong to think that only managers and not all employees should be concerned with the company's image.

May 27, 2016 at 12:54 | comment | added | David Conrad | Why would any employee be unconcerned with the company's professional image? Don't you want your company to succeed?
