Nov 20, 2016 at 13:50 comment added Black Mamba What does OP means @Kilisi
Nov 20, 2016 at 12:25 comment added Kilisi @EdHeal not at low levels so much, OP has failed multiple interviews, I would think he just wants a job, not being fussy.
Nov 20, 2016 at 12:03 comment added Ed Heal Is a bit of the interview that the interviewee is working out if they want to work in the company/team.

Nov 20, 2016 at 11:47 comment added Kilisi @FooBar yep, everyone has to learn, but you don't ask the interviewer, you practice and prepare before the interview. The interviewer is not your friend, colleague or family... he/she has a professional interest in NOT giving out information. They're trying to evaluate you on a very limited timeframe and information, don't give them anything that could work against you.
Nov 20, 2016 at 11:43 comment added Masked Man @FooBar I see your point, but unfortunately, it also depends on the phrasing. A candidate who did so-so asking "Do you think I was too bad?" certainly suggests low self-confidence.
Nov 20, 2016 at 11:26 comment added FooTheBar Asking someone is the only(!!) way to know how others see you. So saying that asking this question is a sign of self-low confidence is imho just wrong.
Nov 20, 2016 at 11:26 comment added Black Mamba That means I'll have to judge myself first because I don't have that much of experience .
Nov 20, 2016 at 11:24 comment added Kilisi Not if you don't think you have a chance of getting the job, in that case you have nothing to lose. Just don't expect a useful and insightful answer.
Nov 20, 2016 at 11:23 comment added Black Mamba So it'll be wrong to ask that ?
