If (again, for some bizarre reason) the OP "just can't help" getting involved in this issue, the OP should indeed promptly get a new job, to avoid severe legal repercussions. It is sound advice. | |

OP doesn't like ONE person (regardless of reasons) and the best course of action is to drop his job? With this mindset he'd be changing jobs every week. | |
