Mar 1, 2018 at 18:44 comment added Old_Lamplighter @Bionix1441 MUCH better. This makes it clear that this is a workplace bullying type of situation.
Mar 1, 2018 at 18:38 comment added Bionix1441 @RichardU I have updated the subject with some examples of sentences.

Mar 1, 2018 at 18:23 comment added Old_Lamplighter Could you give us a little context? Is this a person berating another? Playing pranks? cursing? Just what is the nature of the humiliation?
Mar 1, 2018 at 17:33 comment added Philipp There are whole books about dealing with bullying in the workplace. This question is too broad.
Mar 1, 2018 at 17:12 comment added paparazzo I still think it is a bit broad and vague. The title is humiliation. The "this situation" is not clear if it is humiliation or difficult in general (which I think is too broad). Not a big deal. I am just one vote.
Mar 1, 2018 at 16:59 comment added bobflux "enjoys to target one person and humiliate" is basic bullying. There are several questions here: is the bully removable? Do they have power (direct or indirect)? Who has power over them? Is the bully also the manager? Who is willing to help? How will the manager know? etc, that can completely change the question. Can you clarify?

Mar 1, 2018 at 16:35 comment added Bionix1441 I see your point, but I wanted to use the technical term for it, there are training on how to deal with difficult personalities at work. That is all. I want to stay objective and not judge.
