If they don't know anything, explain the situation to them and ask how to proceed. Either way, whoever answers the phone for the head of school office should already be able to help you, no need to transfer to HR. | |

I think I will dial that number on Thursday morning and ask to be transferred to the HR officer I was emailing with. If they can't transfer me to her, I will briefly explain the situation and ask them as to what I should do. | |
