Exactly that, and I know that from his side of the table interviews are stressful enough without that unnecessary stuff on top too! It's always good to try and give people the benefit of the doubt — interviewing dozens of people at a go to fill a position can really wear down your enthusiasm on it, but it's important to remember what it's like in their shoes :) | |
