Is it possible to point out to a recruiter his problematic manners?
@RichardU So I should just don't mind and shake his hand anyway?

@Fattie Sadly that's the answer I was fearing yet expecting. However It's likely to happen again : I might get interviewed for this job again nearly one year after.

How to tell my boss about a personal mourning? (Should I?)
@Kozaky My contract itself has no policy about this.

I have good English skills; how can I show them in an interview given my hearing loss?
@MartinBonner Actually, repeating with different words can make it easier to identify the words in the previous sentence. But I get your comment. Thank you for your advices. :)

@Bojje I see, would the recruiter set aside the fact I may have to make him repeat several times?

@MartinBonner Lip-reading doesn't seem reliable to me through Skype, it would require a good connection, a fluid video stream and a good synch between sound and video (Unless you're totally deaf, sound can also help). But lip-reading can still be useful during an interview!
