I am a 47 year old developer and have been writing code in one form or another since I was about 8 years old. I still wake up at night and congratulate myself I managed to get a job in something I love doing.

I am currently a Lead Platform engineer for Capgemini and do work for various clients situated in the UK, my main focus at the moment is AWS but have in my time done Java, C/C++, Ruby and .Net in a commercial setting.

I love all things code and have a particular interest in Software Engineering practise. I am constantly looking to learn new things and enjoy helping others immensely.
