Jul 11, 2023 at 15:46 comment added Madam Curie Update - I finally left this place, and it is amazing. I should have left this toxic place long back and should not have tolerated all these bullying for so long. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
Feb 7, 2023 at 20:07 comment added keshlam I feel I need to remind folks that we have only the querant's perceptions of this situation, and judging from their more recent post they may have a tendency to overreact and take things more personally than others would. That may or may not affect what advice they should be given.

Nov 6, 2022 at 21:58 comment added gnasher729 Which country? In the western world, the expected behaviour would be to find a better and better paying job, and when you signed a legally binding contract, you give notice. Optionally you can do this at the time when it hurts the bully most.

Nov 6, 2022 at 16:36 comment added Madam Curie @Philip Kendall: yes, and I am already trying it. But I only see insult and discouragement from the TL.
Nov 6, 2022 at 15:43 comment added Philip Kendall Being completely honest - is the feedback you have got from both your team lead and management that you need to improve correct?
Nov 6, 2022 at 15:11 comment added Luke Sawczak So that's probably an indication of a workplace that tolerates toxicity, and has done so for a while, and will do so for a while.

Nov 6, 2022 at 14:54 comment added Madam Curie I already asked authority once, raising this issue, and asking me to move to some other team, so I don't have to report to him, but they denied saying I have to improve, and he didn't do anything wrong, that's just his personality.
